Omschrijving
PACHTERSWONING MET STAL GENAAMD DE BEUKEHOEF. Voormalige witgekalkte rode bakstenen pachterswoning, in 1774-1775 opgetrokken op rechthoekige grondslag onder met rieten kap (vorstpannen) gedekt schilddak met voet van Oud-Hollandse pannen en met overkragend overstek aan noordzijde. De voor(west-)gevel vertoont vakwerk. Centraal aan de voorzijde een dubbele staldeur. Linker gevel een toegangsdeur en enkele meerrruitsvensters met luiken. Rechter gevel enkele meeruitsvensters met luiken. Achtergevel beganegronds twee meerruitsvensters met luiken, aan de rechterzijde een verhoogd venster met diefijzers en op de verdieping een enkel meerruitsvenster. De achter de pachterswoning gelegen garage is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis. Het erf wordt aan de zuid- en westzijde door een smalle gracht begrensd.

TENANT'S DWELLING WITH STABLE CALLED DE BEUKEHOEF. Former whitewashed red brick tenant's dwelling, erected in 1774-1775 on rectangular plan under hipped roof with thatched covering (frost tiles) with footing of Old-Dutch tiles and with overhanging eaves on the north side. The front (west) gable exhibits timber-framing. Centrally on the front side a double stable door. Left gable an entrance door and several multi-pane windows with shutters. Right gable several multi-pane windows with shutters. Back gable on the ground floor two multi-pane windows with shutters, on the right side a raised window with burglar bars and on the upper storey a single multi-pane window. The garage situated behind the tenant's dwelling is of subordinate significance for the protection. The yard is bounded on the south and west sides by a narrow moat.
