Omschrijving
VOORMALIGE TUINMANSWONING (toponiem: 'Nol en Pietje'). Witgekalkte rode bakstenen 19de-eeuwse tuinmanswoning op rechthoekige grondslag onder met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. De woning is even ten westen van het koetshuis annex dienstwoning aan de oprit gelegen. Centraal aan de voor(ZW-)zijde de toegangsdeur met 8-ruits bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden een meeruitsvenster met luiken. Aan de rechtergevel twee meerruitsvensters met luiken. Aan de linker zijde een enkel meerruitsvenster met luiken. Achterzijde centraal de achterdeur met aan weerszijden drie op onregelmatige plaats en hoogte gelegen vensters.

De VOORMALIGE TUINMANSWONING is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang

FORMER GARDENER'S DWELLING (place name: 'Nol en Pietje'). Whitewashed red brick 19th-century gardener's dwelling on a rectangular ground plan under a hipped roof covered in Old Dutch tiles. The dwelling is located just west of the coach house annex service dwelling on the drive. Centrally on the front (SW) side the entrance door with 8-pane fanlight. On either side a multi-pane window with shutters. On the right gable two multi-pane windows with shutters. On the left side a single multi-pane window with shutters. Rear side centrally the back door with on either side three windows located at irregular intervals and heights.

The FORMER GARDENER'S DWELLING is of general cultural-historical importance
