BOERDERIJ/VOORMALIGE PACHTERSWONING, GENAAMD EIKEHOEF ("BOEREKAMER"), MET BIJGEBOUW. Witgekalkte roodbakstenen pachterswoning annex bijgebouw van het Noord-Brabantse langgeveltype uit de eerste helft van de 18de eeuw,op langwerpig rechthoekige grondslag, gelegen aan de oprit tussen de portierswoning en kleine dienstwoning. Het bijgebouw springt ten aanzien van de portierswoning iets naar voren Het complex is overkapt door een rieten schilddak (vorstpannen) met voet van Oud-Hollandse pannen. Voor(oprit-)zijde centraal het kozijn van de oorspronkelijke toegangsdeur waarin 5-ruitsbovenlicht en een voor de bescherming ondergeschikte voordeur van recente datum. Aan de linkerzijde een getoogde dubbele staldeur. Uiterst links een halfronde deur. Voorts een brede dubbele deur en een aantal meerruitsvensters met luiken. Achterzijde complex getoogde 6-ruitsvensters. Het bijgebouwgedeelte vertoont inwendig nog de oorspronkelijke gebintconstructie.

FARMHOUSE/FORMER TENANT FARMER'S DWELLING, CALLED EIKEHOEF ("BOEREKAMER"), WITH OUTBUILDING. Whitewashed red brick tenant farmer's dwelling annex outbuilding of the North Brabant long-facade type from the first half of the 18th century, on a rectangular elongated ground plan, situated on the drive between the gate lodge and small service dwelling. The outbuilding projects slightly forward in relation to the gate lodge. The complex is covered by a thatched hipped roof (frost tiles) with a base course of Old Dutch tiles. Front (drive) side centrally the frame of the original entrance door with 5-pane fanlight and a recently renewed front door of subordinate significance for protection purposes. On the left side an arched double stable door. At the far left a half-round door. Furthermore a wide double door and a number of multi-pane windows with shutters. Rear side of the complex arched 6-pane windows. The outbuilding section retains internally the original roof truss structure.
