Inleiding
BOERDERIJ VAN HET HALLEHUISTYPE uit 1850 behorend bij het landgoed Twickel in Delden. De boerderij staat op een compleet erf met een laagstammige boomgaard. De onderdelen van het erf zijn voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.
Omschrijving
De boerderij van het hallehuistype is boven een zandstenen plint opgetrokken in rode baksteen onder een afgewolfd met rode Hollandse pannen en rietgedekt zadeldak. Het woongedeelte van de boerderij is aan één zijde verbreed en opgehoogd. In de voorgevel (Z) twee vijftienruits schuifvensters en twee negenruits vensters met zandstenen waterdorpels en behangen met luiken die in de kleuren van het landgoed Twickel zijn geschilderd. Boven de entree een zesruits bovenlicht met roedenverdeling. In de top een klein venster met kruisroede. In de achtergevel (N) een baander met schampstenen onder een rondboog met sluitsteen, waarin datum "1850". In de gevel tevens twee ijzeren rondboogvensters en twee staldeuren onder korfboog. De zijgevels (O en W) zijn geleed door rechtgesloten vensters met luiken behangen, getoogde stalvensters met gietijzeren kozijnen en staldeuren. Het interieur is gewijzigd.

De boerderij is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang vanwege:

The farm of the hallehouse type is constructed above a sandstone plint in red brick under a half-hipped roof covered with red Dutch tiles and thatched with reeds. The residential part of the farm is widened and raised on one side. In the front facade (S) two fifteen-light sash windows and two nine-light windows with sandstone water drip mouldings and hung with shutters painted in the colours of the estate Twickel. Above the entrance a six-light fanlight with glazing bars. In the apex a small window with cross-mullion. In the rear facade (N) a barn door with scamped stones under a round arch with keystone, bearing the date "1850". In the facade also two iron round-arch windows and two stable doors under a basket arch. The side facades (E and W) are articulated by straight-closed windows with shutters hung, arched stable windows with cast-iron frames and stable doors. The interior has been altered.
