Omschrijving
WOONHUIS, identiek en gespiegeld aan het ernaast gesitueerde (monumentnummer 511427), over twee bouwlagen opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder haaks op de Lansinkweg geplaatst zadeldak met antracietgrijze bouletpannen. Onder de overstekende kap is de gevel opgetrokken in rode baksteen. Het vakwerk in de geveltop, dat in detail verschilt van dat van het naastliggende huis, is gevuld met wit pleisterwerk.
De voordeur is een paneeldeur met drieruits bovenlicht. Naast de deur een klein rechthoekig venster. De enkele, dubbele of driedelige H-vensters met vierruits bovenlichten zijn geplaatst onder strekken en behangen met paneelluiken.

Description
DWELLING HOUSE, identical and mirrored to the adjacent one (monument number 511427), constructed over two storeys on a rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof placed perpendicular to Lansinkweg with anthracite-grey boulet tiles. Under the projecting roof the gable is constructed in red brick. The timber framing in the gable top, which differs in detail from that of the adjacent house, is filled with white plasterwork.
The front door is a panel door with three-pane fanlight. Next to the door a small rectangular window. The single, double or three-part H-windows with four-pane fanlights are placed under sills and hung with panel shutters.

Dwelling house of general cultural, architectural-historical and urban planning importance because of:
