Het linker WOONHUIS is in rode baksteen opgetrokken over twee bouwlagen, op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak met antracietgrijze Hollandse pannen. De noklijn van het dak staat evenwijdig aan de Lansinkweg. In de voorgevel (W) aan de Lansinkweg is de entree geplaatst tussen vensters met vier- en zesruits bovenlichten. Boven de paneeldeur een bovenlicht met diagonale roeden. Op de verdieping vensters met een kleine roedenverdelimg. Alle muuropeningen onder strekken. In het dak twee dakkapellen met achtruits vensters.
De zijgevel aan het C.T. Storkplein (N) is een tuitgevel - waarvan de rechterkant hoger eindigt dan de linker - met zandstenen dekplaat. Links in de gevel een deur onder een rondboog. Verder is de gevel geleed door vier vensters met vierruits bovenlichten en een klein venster in de top. Links aan de gevel is een muurtje gemetseld met een rondboogpoort en een zandstenen dekplaat.

The left DWELLING HOUSE is constructed in red brick over two storeys, on a rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof with anthracite-grey Dutch tiles. The ridge line of the roof runs parallel to Lansinkweg. In the front gable (W) on Lansinkweg the entrance is placed between windows with four- and six-pane fanlights. Above the panel door a fanlight with diagonal glazing bars. On the first floor windows with small glazing bar divisions. All wall openings under sills. In the roof two roof dormers with eight-pane windows.
The side gable at C.T. Storkplein (N) is a spout gable - of which the right side ends higher than the left - with sandstone coping. On the left of the gable a door under a rounded arch. The gable is further articulated by four windows with four-pane fanlights and a small window in the top. On the left of the gable is a brick wall laid with a rounded arch gateway and a sandstone coping.
