Winkel met woonhuis en op de begane grond een deel van de galerij. Het pand is opgetrokken vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond in rode baksteen onder zadeldak met de noklijn haaks op de C.T. Storkstraat. Het dak is gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen en deels met (nieuwe) grijze pannen. In het dakvlak aan het C.T. Storkplain vier dakkapellen onder schilddakjes, met roedenverdeling in de tweeruitsvensters. De voorgevel en pijlers van de galerij zijn gemetseld op een zandstenen plint. De galerij heeft hier vijf stompe spitsboog openingen met zandstenen sluitstenen, waarvan drie aan het plein gesitueerd zijn. De winkel heeft etalageruiten met driedelig bovenlicht en een deur met bovenlicht. De zijgevel aan het plein wordt beeindigd met een driezijdige vitrine tegen de gevel. De gevels op de verdieping zijn voorzien van recht gesloten vensters met roedenverdeling onder een segmentboog; de vensters aan de zijde van het plein zijn behangen met luiken met dubbele rode zandlopers op een witte achtergrond met een donkergroene rand.

Shop with dwelling house and on the ground floor part of the gallery. The building is erected from a rectangular ground plan in red brick under a gabled roof with the ridge line perpendicular to the C.T. Storkstraat. The roof is covered with red Dutch tiles and partly with (new) grey tiles. In the roof plane facing the C.T. Storkplein four roof dormers under small hipped roofs, with glazing bars in the two-light windows. The front facade and pillars of the gallery are built on a sandstone plinth. The gallery here has five blunt pointed arch openings with sandstone voussoirs, three of which are situated facing the square. The shop has display windows with three-part fanlight and a door with fanlight. The side facade facing the square is terminated with a three-sided glazed vitrine against the facade. The facades on the upper storey are provided with straight-sided windows with glazing bars beneath a segmental arch; the windows on the side facing the square are hung with shutters with double red hourglasses on a white background with a dark green border.
