Omschrijving
WASHUISJE. Ten zuiden van het kasteel staat een 18de-eeuws bakstenen washuisje. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken huisje bestaat uit één bouwlaag, waarin T-vensters gevat in geprofileerde omlijstingen, onder een met Oud-hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak; boven de korte ingangszijde is een dakkapel met venster. Inwendig: de twee wasfornuizen zijn in 1923 uitgebroken en vervangen door een moderne installatie, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang is. Voor het washuisje staat een vrijstaande buitenpomp.

Description
WASH HOUSE. South of the castle stands an 18th-century brick wash house. The wash house, constructed on a rectangular ground plan, consists of one storey, with T-shaped windows set in moulded frames, beneath a hipped roof covered with Old Dutch tiles; above the short entrance side is a roof dormer with window. Interior: the two washing stoves were removed in 1923 and replaced by a modern installation, which is of subsidiary importance for the protection. In front of the wash house stands a freestanding external pump.
