WONINGEN 'HET SPINNEWEB' onderdeel 9. In de noordwesthoek van de aanleg gelegen woningencomplex gebouwd voor 1823 als arbeiderswoningen in opdracht van de eigenaar van Beerschoten, J. Steengracht van Oostcapelle. Het complex bestaat uit vier identieke woningen van een bouwlaag onder een glooiende rieten kap met middenplat waarop vier gemetselde schoorstenen. De woningen zijn puntsymmetrisch vanuit het midden gegroepeerd op een vierkante plattegrond met op de hoeken diagonaalsgewijs uitgebouwde dwarsgedeelten. In het verlengde van deze dwarsgedeelten liggen vier beukenlanen die fungeren als zichtassen. Elke woning heeft een met riet gedekte dakkapel en kent een gevelindeling met verschillende venstervormen deels voorzien van luiken. In 1964 is bij elke woning in de hoek tussen het dwarsgedeelte en het hoofdbouwdeel een keuken aangebouwd. De hoofdingang bevindt zich in de zijgevel van deze keuken.

DWELLINGS 'HET SPINNEWEB' component 9. Located in the north-west corner of the layout a housing complex built before 1823 as workers' dwellings on commission of the owner of Beerschoten, J. Steengracht van Oostcapelle. The complex consists of four identical dwellings of one storey under a sloping thatched roof with central flat on which four brick chimneys. The dwellings are arranged point-symmetrically from the centre on a square floor plan with transverse sections extended diagonally at the corners. In the extension of these transverse sections lie four beech-tree avenues that function as sight lines. Each dwelling has a thatch-covered roof dormer and has a facade layout with various window forms some of which are provided with shutters. In 1964 at each dwelling in the corner between the transverse section and the main building section a kitchen has been built on. The main entrance is located in the side facade of this kitchen.
