Omschrijving HEKPIJLERS. Het begin van de oprijlaan naar het buitenhuis wordt geflankeerd door twee ronde hardstenen hekpijlers met op de verzwaring van de kop het opschrift LAREN - BERG. Met licht gebogen horizontale smeedijzeren staven zijn deze twee verbonden met de buitenste, iets terug geplaatste, minder forse hardstenen pijlers met een overeenkomstige uitvoering. Dit geheel moet tot de oorspronkelijke bouwfase worden gerekend.
Waardering
De hekpijlers zijn van algemeen belang wegens cultuur-en architectuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van de buitenplaats Larenberg.

Description GATE PIERS. The beginning of the driveway to the country house is flanked by two round hardstone gate piers with the inscription LAREN - BERG on the enlarged head.
