Omschrijving
SPEELZAAL. In de parkaanleg gelegen speelzaal uit 1910 gebouwd in dezelfde cottage-stijl en met dezelfde bouwmaterialen - grote grijze sintelsteen en oranje geglazuurde dakpannen - als de oranjerie. Het pand is op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken, staande op een hoge plint van baksteen die geel is geverfd en overkapt door een overstekend schilddak met wolfeinden. In het midden van de voorgevel springt de kap schuin naar voren waaronder een groot meerruitsvenster is geplaatst. Op het bestek van de schilder uit 1920 wordt het aangeduid als 'het biljarthuisje'.

GAMES ROOM. Games room from 1910 located in the park layout built in the same cottage style and with the same building materials - large grey clinker brick and orange glazed roof tiles - as the orangery. The building is built on a rectangular ground plan, standing on a high plinth of brick which is painted yellow and covered by a projecting hipped roof with half-hipped ends. In the middle of the front facade the roof slopes forwards at an angle under which a large multi-pane window is placed. On the painter's specification from 1920 it is referred to as 'the billiard house'.
