Omschrijving onderdeel 4
Houten PRIEEL uit circa 1900. Op rechthoekige grondslag onder zadeldak gesitueerd in het park even ten zuiden zuidwesten van huis. Het aan de voor (ZO-)zijde open prieel vertoont aan weerszijden van deze open ingang een 2-ruits venster en aan de zijden een dubbel 4-ruits (links) en een 6-ruits venster. De topgevel aan de voorzijde laat eenvoudig ornamenteel vakwerk zien.
Waardering
Het PRIEEL is in cultuurhistorisch en architectonisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- als representatief voorbeeld van een klein houten tuinprieel uit circa 1900 in een klein park in landschapsstijl;
- vanwege de ornamentele waarde;
- vanwege de ensemblewaarden.

Wooden PAVILION from circa 1900. Situated on a rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof in the park just south southwest of the house. The pavilion open on the front (SE) side shows on either side of this open entrance a 2-paned window and on the sides a double 4-paned (left) and a 6-paned window. The gable on the front shows simple ornamental half-timbering.
Valuation
The PAVILION is of general interest from a cultural-historical and architectural point of view:
- as a representative example of a small wooden garden pavilion from circa 1900 in a small landscape-style park;
- because of its ornamental value;
- because of its ensemble values.
