Omschrijving onderdeel 3
Houten aan 3 zijden open TUINPRIEEL (voormalig tennishuisje) uit circa 1900. 6-vormige ongelijkzijdige grondslag onder schuin afhellend lessenaarsdak (thans met bitumen gedekt). Het in het westelijke parkgedeelte gesitueerde prieel is aan de open voor (oost-)zijde van een ornamentele daklijst voorzien. De twee smalle zijden aan weerszijden van de voorzijde vertonen open vlakken met visgraat-, ruit-, en kruismotieven.
Waardering
Het TUINPRIEEL is in cultuurhistorisch en architectonisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- als representatief voorbeeld van een klein houten tuinprieel uit circa 1900 in een klein park in landschapsstijl;
- vanwege de ornamentele waarde;
- vanwege de ensemblewaarden.

Wooden GARDEN PAVILION open on 3 sides (former tennis house) from circa 1900. 6-sided unequal-sided ground plan under a sloping catslide roof (currently covered with bitumen). The pavilion situated in the western park section is provided on the open front (east) side with an ornamental roof moulding. The two narrow sides on either side of the front show open panels with herringbone, diamond and cross motifs.
Valuation
The GARDEN PAVILION is of general interest from a cultural-historical and architectural point of view:
- as a representative example of a small wooden garden pavilion from circa 1900 in a small landscape-style park;
- because of its ornamental value;
- because of its ensemble values.
