Omschrijving
Inleiding
Boerderij karakteristiek voor de oorspronkelijke structuur, met groningse invloed. Volgens de muurankers gebouwd in 1810, echter in de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw verder ontwikkeld. Opvallend type, met zaadzolders boven het woonhuisgedeelte, achter een gevel met een indeling vergelijkbaar met de woonhuisgevels. Aangebouwd een schuurtje. De boerderij staat op een fraai erf met solitairen.
De bescherming betreft het exterieur en de detaillering van de gevels. De gevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte is gewijzigd en voor bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het krimpentype met topgevel, opgetrokken in baksteen. Het zadeldak van het woongedeelte is gedekt met oud-hollandse pannen, het schilddak van het bedrijfsgedeelte aan de onderzijde en op de nok met platte friese en muldenpannen gedekt. Daartussen riet.
In de symmetrische voorgevel van het woongedeelte, met in de topgevel vlechtwerk, centraal de entree, een dubbele paneeldeur met naald en een levensboom in het bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden twee zesruits schuifvensters. Op de verdieping twee kleinere zesruits schuifvensters. In de geveltop een vierruits venster. Aan de linkerzijde van het woongedeelte, in de binnenhoek van de krimp, twee maal een zesruits schuifvenster. Aan de rechterzijde in de zijgevel twee schuifvensters (de linker met een uitzetraam als bovenlicht), in de kopgevel van de eerste krim één schuifvenster, in de gevel een naoorlogs venster. In de kopgevel van de tweede krimp een kleiner zesruits venster, in de gevel een deur.
De gevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte heeft rechts een grote en links een kleinere schuifdeur. Ertussen een zesruits liggend stalvenster met segmentboog. Links, deels in de verbindingsmuur met de schuur een vierlobbig roosvenster.
In de rechter zijgevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte een staldeur en negen éénruits rondboog stalvensters, waarvan twee in dichtgezette staldeuren.
In de linker zijgevel verschillende stalvensters.
Op de deel is een bijkeuken gebouwd.
Aangebouwd een bakstenen schuurtje onder wolfdak met platte friese pannen gedekt. In de gevels liggende meerruits stalvensters.

Boerderij van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:

In the symmetrical front facade of the dwelling section, with basketwork in the gable, centrally the entrance, a double panel door with needle and a tree of life in the fanlight. On either side two six-pane sash windows. On the upper floor two smaller six-pane sash windows. In the gable a four-pane window. On the left side of the dwelling section, in the inner angle of the cramped section, two times a six-pane sash window. On the right side in the side facade two sash windows (the left one with a casement window as fanlight), in the gable of the first cramped section one sash window, in the facade a post-war window. In the gable of the second cramped section a smaller six-pane window, in the facade a door.
The facade of the business section has on the right a large and on the left a smaller sliding door. Between them a six-pane horizontal stable window with segmental arch. On the left, partly in the connecting wall with the shed a four-lobed ventilation window.
In the right side facade of the business section a stable door and nine single-pane round-arch stable windows, two of which are in filled-in stable doors.

A scullery has been built on the floor.
