Omschrijving
Inleiding
Boerderij in een royale tuinaanleg, geöriënteerd op het kanaal, deel uitmakend van de oorspronkelijke agrarische structuur. Gebouwd ca. 1900-1910. Rijke detaillering In Neo-barokke stijl (Louis XIV). De boerderij is gelegen binnen het te beschermen dorpsgezicht Annerveenschekanaal.
De bescherming betreft het hoofdvolume met bijzondere aandacht voor de detaillering van het woonhuisgedeelte.
De tuinaanleg in engelse landschapsstijl is symmetrisch ontworpen rond twee monumentale solitairen aan de voorzijde van het woonhuisgedeelte.
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het krimpentype opgetrokken in baksteen onder een wolfdak. De gevels van het woongedeelte zijn gepleisterd, op het dak liggen muldenpannen. Op het bedrijfsgedeelte oud-hollandse en muldenpannen.
In de pleistering van het woongedeelte zijn een plint, pilasters en een blokverband gesuggereerd. In de, door de krimpen assymetrische, voorgevel op de begane grond vier zesruits schuifvensters met segmentboog, gevat in een gepleisterde profiellijst met kuif o.a. met schelpmotief. Rijk versierde rolluikkasten in de dagkanten. Op de verdieping drie mezzanino vensters. In de rechterzijgevel van het woongedeelte drie zesruits schuifvensters. De keukengevel is nieuw opgemetseld en heeft een modern venster.
In de linkergevel twee schuifvensters als in de voorgevel en twee minder rijk gedecoreerde schuifvensters links daarvan met op de mezzanino een roosvenster.
Het bedrijfsgedeelte heeft een enigszins gewijzigde hoofdgevel. Daarin twee loopdeuren, de rechter met segmentboogvormige bovendorpel, en twee liggende zesruits stalramen. In de geveltop drie zesruits rondboog stalvensters. In de rechter stalgevel zeven ijzeren rondgebogen stalvensters met eveneens rondgebogen roedenverdeling in de top. In de krimp een dubbele inrijdeur.
In de linker stalgevel zes van de genoemde zesruits stalvensters, deels in een nieuw opgemetselde gevel.
