Inleiding
Boerderij gebouwd rond 1885, fraai gelegen op een ongeschonden erf, deeluitmakend van de oorspronkelijke agrarische structuur. De boerderij heeft een serre met opvallende bovenlichten in Art-Nouveau stijl.
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het krimpentype met aangebouwde schuur (staart), opgetrokken in baksteen onder afgewolfd zadeldak met gegolfde friese pannen gedekt, het bedrijfsgedeelte bovendien grotendeels met riet. Op de nok twee gemetselde schoorstenen. De aanbouw is eveneens opgetrokken in baksteen onder een afgewolfd zadeldak met OH en friese pannen gedekt.
Het woongedeelte heeft een hoofdgestel met de goot als kroonlijst. Centraal In de symmetrische voorgevel een paneeldeur met sierroosters en tweeruits bovenlicht. Aan weerszijdenvan de entree twee zesruits schuifvensters. Onder het wolfeind vier tweeruits mezzaninovensters.
In de linkerzijgevel twee schuifvensters als aan de voorzijde. In de gevels van de eerste krimp drie smalle drieruits schuifvensters. In de zijgevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte negen halfronde stalvensters met kwartronde drieruits roedenverdeling.
Aan de rechterzijgevel tegen de eerste krimp aan de serre; een houten uitbouw met een bakstenen borstwering onder een platdak. In de voorgevel een melkmeisje; een dubbele glasdeur met aan weerszijden een smal vensters. In de zijgevel tegen de krimp één, in de andere zijgevel twee gekoppelde vensters. Alle kozijnen hebben bovenlichten met glas-in-lood ramen met florale Art- Nouveaumotieven. Links van de serre en in de krimp een schuifvenster als in de voorgevel. In de krimp verder een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht. In de zijgevel van het bedrijfsgedeelte acht halfronde stalvensters met kwartronde drieruits roedenverdeling.
Tegen de achterzijde de aangebouwde schuur (staart). In de achtergevel met uilebord en wolfeind links van de aanbouw een inrit.
De aangebouwde schuur heeft in de bedrijfsgevel een twee loopdeuren, de rechter met bovenlicht, en twee rosetvensters met halfronde vierruits roedenverdeling. In de zijgevels respectievelijk vier en zes stalramen zoals in de voorbouw.

The residential section has a main entablature with the gutter as cornice. Centrally in the symmetrical front gable a panelled door with ornamental railings and two-pane fanlight. On either side of the entrance two six-pane sash windows. Under the half-hipped roof four two-pane mezzanine windows.
In the left side gable two sash windows as on the front. In the gables of the first shrinkage three narrow three-pane sash windows. In the side gable of the agricultural section nine semicircular stable windows with quarter-round three-pane glazing bars.
On the right side gable against the first shrinkage the conservatory; a wooden annex with a brick parapet under a flat roof. In the front gable a milk maid; a double glass door with on either side a narrow window. In the side gable against the shrinkage one, in the other side gable two coupled windows. All frames have fanlights with leaded glass panes with floral Art Nouveau motifs. To the left of the conservatory and in the shrinkage a sash window as in the front gable. In the shrinkage further a clamped door with fanlight. In the side gable of the agricultural section eight semicircular stable windows with quarter-round three-pane glazing bars.
Against the rear the attached barn (tail section). In the rear gable with skirting board and half-hipped roof to the left of the annex a carriage entrance.
The attached barn has in the agricultural gable two walking doors, the right one with fanlight, and two rose windows with semicircular four-pane glazing bars. In the side gables respectively four and six stable windows as in the main section.
