Ten dele onderkelderd WOONHUIS, op vierkant grondplan en bestaande uit parterre en kapverdieping onder schilddak met zwarte Friese pan. De noklijn staat haaks op de weg en heeft gemetselde vierkante schoorstenen op de beide nokpunten. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen boven een gecementeerde plint en wordt afgesloten door een omgaande kroonlijst. De symmetrische voorzijde (O) wordt door vier lisenen, waarvan twee op de hoeken, opgedeeld in drie gevelvlakken. De nadruk ligt op het centrale gevelvlak dat wordt doorgetrokken in een dakkapel onder flauw hellend en overstekend zadeldak met rijkgesneden windveren, gootlijsten en verticale elementen op de drie hoeken. Het centrale gevelvlak telt één vensteras en bevat op de parterre een dubbele paneeldeur met gietijzeren roostervulling en bovenlicht en op de verdieping een dubbele paneeldeur met glaspanelen. In de geveltop bevindt zich een ronde opening. De flankerende traveeën tellen elk twee vensterassen met T-vensters. De vensters en deuren hebben alle afgeronde bovenhoeken. De rechterzijde (N) heeft lisenen op de hoeken en twee schuifvensters die identiek zijn aan die van de voorzijde. Links bevindt zich een gevelsteen met daarop onder meer het bouwjaar van het woonhuis: 1875. Ter hoogte van de gecementeerde plint bevinden zich twee horizontale keldervensters. De achterzijde (W) van het woonhuis heeft nog een oorspronkelijke centraal geplaatste dakkapel met vierruits venster. De linkerzijde (Z) heeft lisenen op de hoeken en drie schuifvensters die identiek zijn aan die van de voorzijde. Het interieur van het woonhuis bevat onder meer een schouw in rood marmer in de zuidoostelijke kamer en in pleisterwerk uitgevoerde reliëfs in de brede middengang. De reliëfs vormen allegorieën op de jacht, de visvangst, de muziek en de oogst.

Partly cellared DWELLING HOUSE, on a square ground plan and consisting of ground floor and attic storey under hipped roof with black Frisian tile. The ridge line is perpendicular to the street and has brick-built square chimneys at both ridge points. The masonry is erected in red brick above a cemented plinth and is finished with a continuous cornice. The symmetrical front side (E) is divided by four pilasters, two of which are on the corners, into three facade planes. The emphasis lies on the central facade plane which is carried through into a roof dormer under a gently sloping and overhanging gabled roof with richly carved wind vanes, gutter mouldings and vertical elements on the three corners. The central facade plane has one window axis and contains on the ground floor a double panel door with cast iron grille infill and fanlight and on the first floor a double panel door with glass panels. In the gable top there is a round opening. The flanking bays each have two window axes with T-windows. The windows and doors all have rounded upper corners. The right side (N) has pilasters on the corners and two sash windows which are identical to those on the front. On the left there is a facade stone with inter alia the building year of the dwelling house: 1875. At the level of the cemented plinth there are two horizontal basement windows. The rear side (W) of the dwelling house still has an original centrally placed roof dormer with four-light window. The left side (S) has pilasters on the corners and three sash windows which are identical to those on the front. The interior of the dwelling house contains inter alia a fireplace in red marble in the south-east room and reliefs executed in render in the broad central hallway. The reliefs form allegories of the hunt, fishing, music and harvest.
