Bij het villacomplex van de voormalige dokterswoning behorend KOETSHUIS uit 1875 in eclectische trant op rechthoekig oost-west georiënteerd grondplan, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder samengesteld zadeldak met zwarte muldenpan. Het dak steekt over en heeft boven de topgevels aan oost en westzijde alsook in het midden van de zuidzijde gesneden windveren. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in gewitte baksteen. Het muurwerk heeft houten muurstijlen met muurankers en schieters. De oostzijde (voorzijde) is een topgevel met op de begane grond hoge dubbele paneeldeuren. Links hiervan een gietijzeren radvenster met gepleisterde omlijsting. Boven de deur een vergelijkbaar venster. De zuidzijde (tuinzijde) heeft een centrale topgevel met hoge dubbele paneeldeuren en een gietijzeren radvenster in de geveltop. De gevelvlakken die de centrale topgevel flankeren hebben elk een gietijzeren radvenster met gepleisterde omlijsting. De westzijde (achterzijde) heeft op de begane grond twee schuifvensters en een opgeklampte deur in de geveltop. De noordzijde is blind.

COACH HOUSE from 1875 belonging to the villa complex of the former doctor's residence in eclectic style on a rectangular east-west oriented ground plan, consisting of one storey under a composite gabled roof with black Dutch tile. The roof overhangs and has cut wind vanes above the gable ends on the east and west sides as well as in the middle of the south side. The masonry is erected in whitewashed brick. The masonry has wooden wall studs with wall anchors and struts. The east side (front) is a gable end with high double panel doors on the ground floor. To the left of this a cast iron spoke window with rendered surround. Above the door a similar window. The south side (garden side) has a central gable end with high double panel doors and a cast iron spoke window in the gable top. The facade panels flanking the central gable end each have a cast iron spoke window with rendered surround. The west side (rear) has on the ground floor two sash windows and an attached door in the gable top. The north side is blind.
