Voormalige dokterswoning, hoofdonderdeel van het villacomplex, waarbij de parterre in oorsprong als praktijkruimte fungeerde en de representatieve woonvertrekken zich op de verdieping bevinden.
Omschrijving
Op vierkant grondplan gebouwde villa bestaande uit parterre, verdieping en kapverdieping onder afgeplat schilddak met zwarte Hollandse pan en gemetselde schoorstenen met metalen kappen op de vier nokpunten. De vier gevels zijn alle symmetrisch van opzet. De rijk gedecoreerde voorgevel en linkerzijgevel zijn identiek. De soberder rechterzijgevel en achtergevel zijn verschillend. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen. De decoratie is gepleisterd en bestaat onder meer uit pilasters, plint, zware cordonlijst ter hoogte van de verdiepingvloer en uit vensteromlijstingen. Het muurwerk, dat aan de achterzijde (W) geheel is voorzien van pleisterwerk met schijnvoegen, wordt afgesloten door een omgaand hoofdgestel. De vensteropeningen hebben vrijwel alle hardstenen onderdorpels, omlijstingen met afgeronde bovenhoeken en houten waterborden met opgeschilderde florale decoratie. De symmetrische voorgevel (O) wordt door vier pilasters, waarvan twee hoekpilasters, verdeeld in drie traveeën. De centrale travee telt één vensteras en bevat de hoofdingang met dubbele paneeldeur. Daarboven bevindt zich een op consoles rustend balkon met balustrade in hout en sierlijk gesmeed ijzer met gestileerde florale motieven. Dit balkon is vanaf de verdieping toegankelijk via dubbele paneeldeuren met glaspanelen en bovenlicht. De centrale travee wordt afgesloten door een onder zadeldak geplaatste dakkapel met wangen, fronton en stolpraam. In het fronton zit een schild met daarop het jaartal 1875. De flankerende traveeën tellen elk twee vensterassen met schuifvensters. De linkerzijgevel (Z) is merendeels identiek aan de voorgevel. De rechterzijgevel (N) heeft hoekpilasters en de eerder genoemde cordonlijst ter hoogte van de verdiepingvloer. De parterre heeft in het midden een rond venster temidden van twee schuifvensters. De verdieping heeft twee dicht naast elkaar geplaatste schuifvensters. De achtergevel heeft hoekpilasters en drie vensterassen op geruime afstand van elkaar. De middelste as heeft op de parterre een dubbele paneeldeur met gietijzeren harnassen en bovenlicht. De flankerende assen en de drie hierin geplaatste vensteropeningen op de verdieping hebben alle schuifvensters. In de middelste as bevindt zich links naast de deur en links naast het schuifvenster hierboven een klein getoogd venster. Het interieur met centrale gang op de parterre is nog grotendeels intact. Bijzondere onderdelen zijn ondermeer twee marmeren schouwen in vertrekken op de parterre en twee marmeren schouwen en een stucplafond in de salon op de verdieping.

Villa built on a square ground plan consisting of ground floor, first floor and attic storey under a hipped roof with black Dutch tile and brick-built chimneys with metal caps at the four ridge points. All four facades are symmetrical in layout. The richly decorated front facade and left side facade are identical. The simpler right side facade and rear facade are different. The masonry is erected in red brick. The decoration is rendered and consists inter alia of pilasters, plinth, heavy cordon moulding at the level of the floor of the first floor and window surrounds. The masonry, which on the rear side (W) is entirely provided with render with false joints, is finished with a continuous principal tie beam. The window openings almost all have stone sills, surrounds with rounded upper corners and wooden water boards with painted floral decoration. The first floor has two sash windows placed close together. The rear facade has corner pilasters and three window axes at considerable distance from each other. The middle axis has on the ground floor a double panel door with cast iron fittings and fanlight. The flanking axes and the three window openings placed in them on the first floor all have sash windows. In the middle axis, to the left of the door and to the left of the sash window above it, there is a small arched window. The interior with central hallway on the ground floor is still largely intact. Special components include, among others, two marble fireplaces in rooms on the ground floor and two marble fireplaces and a stucco ceiling in the drawing room on the first floor.
