Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS. Witgepleisterd blokvormig koetshuis (1850-1875) op rechthoekige grondslag bestaande uit anderhalve bouwlaag onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt mansardedak. De symmetrisch ingedeelde kopgevel aan de voorzijde heeft geblokte hoeklisenen en een brede geprofileerde daklijst die in de top eindigt met een rechthoekige schoorsteenvormige bekroning. In het midden van de gevel de omlijste dubbele inrijdeuren geflankeerd door eveneens omlijste meerruitsvensters. Boven de inrijdeuren een omlijst luik. De rechter zijgevel heeft een vrij regelmatige indeling van vensters, deuren en een dakhuis. Het koetshuis is thans in gebruik als cursusruimte/kantoor.

Description
COACH HOUSE. Whitewashed cubic coach house (1850-1875) on a rectangular footprint consisting of one-and-a-half storeys beneath a mansard roof covered with Dutch tiles. The symmetrically arranged gable at the front has rusticated corner pilasters and a broad moulded cornice which terminates at the top with a rectangular chimney-like crowning feature. In the centre of the gable are the moulded double carriage doors flanked by equally moulded multi-pane windows. Above the carriage doors a moulded shutter. The right side gable has a relatively regular arrangement of windows, doors and a roof light. The coach house is currently in use as a seminar room/office.
