BOERDERIJ MET ZOMERHUIS. Aan de noordzijde van het terrein een zeventiende-eeuwse boerderij van het langhuis-type in baksteen opgetrokken staande op een donker bakstenen plint onder een met riet gedekt zadeldak met op de nok een witgepleisterde schoorsteen. De witgepleisterde voorgevel kent een regelmatige indeling van twee meerruitsvensters op de begane grond en een meerruitsvenster in de topgevel. Allen met luiken. In de zijgevel (noord) de toegangsdeur met langwerpig zijlicht en meerruitsvensters. Tegen de zuidelijke zijgevel een serre-aanbouw. De indeling van de achtergevel volgens het baanderdeur principe (met hooiluik). Ter zijde van de boerderij een op rechthoekige grondslag gebouwde zomerhuis. Opgetrokken in baksteen staande op een donker bakstenen plint onder een met rode Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Witgepleisterde voorgevel met een symmetrische indeling van meerruitsvensters met luiken. Het zomerhuis is recent naar achteren toe verlengd. De aanbouw is alszodanig voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. De boerderij behoorde tot in de negentiende eeuw bij de buitenplaats Groenevecht. Recent weer aan het bezit toegevoegd (1990).

Description
FARMHOUSE WITH SUMMERHOUSE. On the north side of the site a seventeenth-century farmhouse of the long-house type built in brick standing on a dark brick plinth under a thatched gabled roof with a whitewashed chimney on the ridge. The whitewashed front facade has a regular arrangement of two multi-paned windows on the ground floor and a multi-paned window in the gable, all with shutters. In the side facade (north) the entrance door with an oblong sidelight and multi-paned windows. Against the south side facade a conservatory extension. The arrangement of the rear facade according to the barn-door principle (with hay loft door). Beside the farmhouse a summerhouse built on a rectangular ground plan. Built in brick standing on a dark brick plinth under a gabled roof covered with red Old-Dutch tiles. Whitewashed front facade with a symmetrical arrangement of multi-paned windows with shutters. The summerhouse has recently been extended to the rear. The extension is of subordinate importance for the protection. The farmhouse belonged until the nineteenth century to the country estate Groenevecht. Recently added back to the property (1990).
