TUINMANSWONING. Aan de noordzijde van het terrein een bakstenen woning op T-vormige grondslag onder een met rode pannen gedekt mansardedak gebouwd in 1937. In de lange wit gepleisterde voorgevel aan het Zandpad twee meerruitsvensters waarboven een drielichts dakkapel. Toegangsdeur in de zijgevel. Rechthoekige houten schuur achter de woning.

Description
GARDENER'S LODGE. On the north side of the site a brick dwelling on a T-shaped plan built in 1937 under a mansard roof covered with red tiles. In the long whitewashed front facade facing Zandpad two multi-light windows above which a three-light roof dormer. Access door in the side facade. Rectangular wooden shed behind the dwelling.
