Omschrijving onderdeel 6:
BOERDERIJ 'KLEIN HOUDRINGE'. Ten zuidoosten van het hoofdgebouw gelegen dwarshuisboerderij, die gelijktijdig met de buitenplaats in 1779 is gebouwd. In 1965 is het pand geheel verbouwd. Thans rest van Klein Houdringe slechts het gerestaureerde dwarshuis (woongedeelte) bestaande uit twee bouwlagen onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. In het midden van de vijfassige voorgevel is de hoofdingang met meerruits bovenlicht gesitueerd. Rechts hiervan zijn twee schuifvensters geplaatst, links bevindt zich één schuifvenster en uiterst links een kelderlicht en opkamervenster. Op de verdieping zijn drie regelmatig geplaatste, iets kleinere vensters opgenomen. Alle vensters hebben een roedenverdeling. Het opkamervenster en de verdiepingsvensters zijn voorzien van halve luiken.

FARM 'KLEIN HOUDRINGE'. Located to the south-east of the main building, a transverse-house farm which was built simultaneously with the country estate in 1779. In 1965 the building was completely renovated. Today only the restored transverse house (residential part) remains of Klein Houdringe, consisting of two storeys under a gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles. In the middle of the five-bay front facade is located the main entrance with a multi-pane fanlight. To the right of this two sash windows are placed, to the left is one sash window and at the far left a cellar light and upper storey window. On the upper storey three regularly placed, slightly smaller windows are incorporated. All windows have glazing bars. The upper storey window and the storey windows are provided with half shutters.
