Omschrijving onderdeel 4:
SPEELHUISJE. In het park staand speelhuisje uit 1858. Het in baksteen uitgevoerde rechthoekige gebouwtje van één bouwlaag met zwart geschilderde plint heeft een met gesmoorde tuiles du nord pannen gedekt flauw hellend zadeldak met breed overstek, dat aan alle zijden geschoord wordt. De schoren rusten op gepleisterde uitmetselingen in de vorm van dikke pilasters met blokkapiteeltjes. In de topgevel aan de voorzijde bevindt zich een dubbel openslaande deur geflankeerd door twee smalle vensters. In de rechterzijgevel is een drielichtvenster aangebracht. Zowel de deur als de vensters hebben decoratieve traceringen van ijzer in de vorm van cirkels en halve cirkels. Tegen het midden van de blinde achtergevel is een schoorsteen gemetseld, die boven het dakvlak zwart en onder het dakvlak wit is geschilderd. Rondom het speelhuisje liggen gele klinkers.

PLAY HOUSE. A play house from 1858 standing in the park. The rectangular building executed in brick of one storey with black painted plinth is covered by a gently sloping gabled roof with slates of a smoored pattern, with broad overhang, which is braced on all sides. The braces rest on plastered build-ups in the form of thick pilasters with block capitals. In the top gable on the front facade is a pair of folding doors flanked by two narrow windows. In the right side gable a three-light window is inserted. Both the door and the windows have decorative iron tracery in the form of circles and semicircles. Against the middle of the blind rear gable is a chimney mortared in, which is painted black above the roof plane and white below the roof plane. Yellow clinker bricks lie all around the play house.
