Omschrijving
LUCHTDOELREMISE VII betreft een rechthoekig gebouw met uiterst links, in het midden en uiterst rechts drie ingangen aan de zuidwest zijde. De middelste ingang met oorspronkelijk dubbele stalen deuren, geeft toegang tot het remiselokaal dat met extra zware binnenwanden is omgeven. Het remiselokaal is via twee doorgangen verbonden met de gangruimten. De linker en rechter ingang met stalen deuren geven toegang tot twee portalen, middels een hoek van 90° verbonden met de gangruimten. Aan de binnen- en buitenzijde van de zuidwest wand zijn twee maal twee privaten aangebracht. Langs de noordoost wand zijn gegroepeerd twee legeringslokalen voor manschappen met daar tussen de waarnemingsruimte met gietstalen koepel, het legeringslokaal voor onderofficieren en de munitiebergplaats.
De linker en rechter ingang worden vanuit de legeringslokalen voor manschappen door middel van een geweerschietgat via de portalen gedekt. Boven de middelste ingang is het bestekjaar 1933 aangebracht.
De buitenwanddikte bedraagt: ZW 1.90 m; en overige wanden 1.80 m.
De bovendekking bedraagt 2.00 m gewapend beton.
Het werk meet een grootste lengte van 14.80 m en een breedte van 20.30 m. Het gebouw is omgeven met aardwerken.
Waardering
De luchtdoelremise VII is als belangwekkend historisch-functioneel onderdeel van de Stelling bij Den Oever van algemeen belang.

AIR-DEFENCE MAGAZINE VII is a rectangular building with at the far left, in the middle and at the far right three entrances on the southwest side. The middle entrance with originally double steel doors provides access to the magazine space which is surrounded by extra thick internal walls. The magazine space is connected to the corridor spaces via two passages. The left and right entrances with steel doors provide access to two portals, connected to the corridor spaces by means of a 90° angle. On the inner and outer side of the southwest wall two sets of two privies have been installed. Along the northeast wall are grouped two dormitories for personnel with between them the observation space with cast-steel cupola, the dormitory for non-commissioned officers and the ammunition storage place.
The left and right entrances are covered from the dormitories for personnel by means of a rifle loophole via the portals. Above the middle entrance the specification year 1933 has been marked.
The outer wall thickness is: SW 1.90 m; and other walls 1.80 m.
The roof covering is 2.00 m reinforced concrete.
The work measures a maximum length of 14.80 m and a width of 20.30 m. The building is surrounded by earthworks.
Valuation
The air-defence magazine VII is as an important historical-functional component of the Den Oever Line of general interest.
