Aan weerszijden van het voorplein staan twee bouwhuizen.
Omschrijving
Aan de westzijde van het voorplein een bakstenen BOUWHUIS op rechthoekige plattegrond; één bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping onder schilddaken met grijze pannen; streng symmetrische gevelindeling; middenpartij concaaf terugspringend, met twee blindvensters aan weerszijden van getoogde nis; nissen met beelden (zie onder 6E); meerruits vensters. Het bouwhuis is gerestaureerd en heeft een woonbestemming.

Het westelijke BOUWHUIS is van algemeen belang:

On either side of the forecourt stand two garden houses.
Description
On the west side of the forecourt a brick GARDEN HOUSE on rectangular ground plan; one storey and an attic storey under hipped roofs with grey tiles; strictly symmetrical facade arrangement; central section recessed concavely, with two blind windows on either side of an arched niche; niches with statues (see under 6E); multi-pane windows. The garden house has been restored and has residential use.

The western GARDEN HOUSE is of general interest:

- because of cultural-historical and exceptional architectural values;
- as a characteristic and functional component of the country estate;
- because of the functional-spatial relationship with the other components of the country estate;
