Omschrijving
POORTEN; het betreft vier poorten, die min of meer identiek zijn; alle XVIII of XIX, bestaande uit twee vierkante bakstenen pijlers met rijke natuurstenen bekroningen. Poort 1 geeft toegang tot de moestuin; gerestaureerd in dezelfde tijd als de aansluitende muur. Poort 2 geeft toegang tot het wandelpark; de bekroningen zijn onlangs vernieuwd; de ijzeren hekvleugels zijn nieuw. De poorten 3 en 4 staan verderop tegenover elkaar in de laan en geven links en rechts ervan toegang tot de weilanden; deze poorten verkeren in slechte toestand; de bovenkanten van de bekroningen zijn verdwenen.

GATES; these are four gates, which are more or less identical; all 18th or 19th century, consisting of two square brick pillars with rich stone dressings. Gate 1 gives access to the kitchen garden; restored at the same time as the adjoining wall. Gate 2 gives access to the walking park; the dressings have been recently renewed; the iron gate wings are new. Gates 3 and 4 stand further along opposite each other in the lane and give access to the meadows on either side; these gates are in poor condition; the tops of the dressings have disappeared.
