Inleiding
Op het noordelijk deel van het erf gelegen vrijstaand KOETSHUIS, vermoedelijk daterend ut de 18de eeuw. Aan de voorzijde bevond zich de ruimte voor de stalling van de koets(en), aan de achterzijde van het koetshuis bevonden zich de paardestal en de koetsierswoning.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwd koetshuis, bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder een schilddak met rode Hollandse pannen. De kap was in oorsprong onbeschoten. De noklijn van het pand staat loodrecht op de Grote Sloot. De noklijn wordt doorsneden door een vierkante bakstenen schoorsteen. In het dakschild van de voorzijde is een rechthoekige dakkapel met houten luiken en plat dak aangebracht.
Het pand is opgetrokken in rode baksteen. De voorgevel is voorzien van een cementering. Op diverse plaatsen in het muurwerk zijn staafankers zichtbaar.
De voorgevel (O) heeft twee deuren: één dubbele opgeklampte inrijdeur met smeedijzeren hangwerk en een rechthoekige opgeklampte voordeur met levensboom in het bovenlicht.
De rechterzijgevel (N) heeft een rechthoekige opgeklampte deur en een hooggeplaatst rechthoekig houten venster.
De achtergevel (W) heeft één vensteras met een rechthoekig houten schuifvenster.
De linkerzijgevel (Z) heeft drie vensterassen, waarvan er twee een hooggeplaatst rechthoekig houten achtruits-venster bevatten en één een rechthoekige opgeklampte deur.
Waardering
Het pand is van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex "Brandwijck". Daarnaast is het pand van belang uit cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch oogpunt als gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeeld van een 18de-eeuws koetshuis van een buitenverblijf op het Noordhollandse platteland.

Freestanding COACH HOUSE situated on the northern part of the property, presumably dating from the 18th century. On the front side was the space for the stabling of the coach(es), on the rear side of the coach house were the horse stable and the coachman's dwelling.

Coach house built on a rectangular ground plan, consisting of one storey under a hipped roof with red Dutch tiles. The roof was originally unlined. The roof ridge of the building stands perpendicular to the Grote Sloot. The ridge line is intersected by a square brick chimney. In the roof slope of the front side a rectangular roof dormer with wooden shutters and flat roof has been installed.
The building is constructed in red brick. The front facade is provided with a cement rendering. At various places in the masonry metal wall anchors are visible.
The front facade (E) has two doors: one double clamped carriage entrance door with wrought iron hinges and a rectangular clamped front door with arborvitae in the fanlight.
The right-side facade (N) has a rectangular clamped door and a high-placed rectangular wooden window.
The rear facade (W) has one window bay with a rectangular wooden sash window.
The left-side facade (S) has three window bays, two of which contain a high-placed rectangular wooden rear-sash window and one a rectangular clamped door.
