Inleiding
De verdiept gelegen AARDAPPELKELDER uit ca. 1830 is gelegen in de moestuin die in de overtuin van de boerderij aan de overzijde van de Ootmarsumsedijk.
Omschrijving
De AARDAPPELKELDER is opgetrokken in baksteen op rechthoekige plattegrond. De half ingegraven kelder wordt overkapt door een met oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De vloer bestaat uit aangestampte aarde waarop thans (1997) een stenen vloer ligt. In de voorgevel een opgeklampte deur.
Waardering
De AARDAPPELKELDER is van algemeen architectuur- en cultuurhistorisch belang vanwege de redelijke gaafheid, de relatie met de andere samenstellende onderdelen van het complex.

The sunken POTATO CELLAR from ca. 1830 is located in the kitchen garden which is in the back garden of the farmhouse on the other side of the Ootmarsumsedijk.
Description
The POTATO CELLAR is constructed in brick on a rectangular plan. The half-buried cellar is covered by a gabled roof covered with old Dutch tiles. The floor consists of rammed earth on which (1997) a stone floor now rests. In the front gable a clamped door.
Valuation
The POTATO CELLAR is of general architectural and cultural-historical importance because of its reasonable integrity and the relationship with the other constituent components of the complex.
