Omschrijving
De ENTREEPARTIJ van het landhuis Remmerstein is aangelegd in 1912 en wordt gevormd door een tweetal bakstenen pijlers waarop natuurstenen schildhoudende leeuwen staan opgesteld. Op de pijlers staat de naam `Remmer' `Stein' aangegeven. De pijlers zijn verbonden met een muur, die aflopend is gemetseld en kwartrond uitwaaiert om te eindigen in een lagere pijler. De laan die leidt naar de oostgevel van het huis is beplant met beuken. Het huis is in deze as geplaatst.
Waardering
De entree is van architectuurhistorische waarde als gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van een entree tot een buitenplaats, het is tevens van ensemblewaarde vanwege de ligging aan de Oude Veensegrindweg in combinatie met de oprijlaan.

Description
The ENTRANCE to the country house Remmerstein was laid out in 1912 and is formed by two brick piers on which natural stone shield-bearing lions are positioned. On the piers the name 'Remmer' 'Stein' is indicated. The piers are connected with a wall, which is laid in a descending manner and quarter-round fans out to end in a lower pier. The avenue leading to the east facade of the house is planted with beeches. The house is positioned on this axis.
Valuation
The entrance is of architectural-historical value as a well-preserved example of an entrance to a country seat, it is furthermore of ensemble value due to its location on the Oude Veensegrindweg in combination with the entrance drive.
