Omschrijving
De DIENSTWONING is op een rechthoekige plattegrond over één bouwlaag opgetrokken onder een schilddak met tuile du Nordpannen, dat aan de voorzijde recht wordt afgesneden door een schoudergevel. De gevels zijn gemetseld in rode baksteen met gepleisterde sierbanden en decoratieve patronen in rode en witte verblendstenen. In de geveltop zijn de daklijsten, obelisk, wangen en schouders met bollen eveneens gepleisterd. De T-vensters zijn afgesloten door rondbogen met gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen.
De voorgevel (N) is geleed door twee vensters met aan weerszijden gemetselde pilasters op gepleisterde basementen. Tussen de vensters is een hardstenen plaquette aangebracht met het opschrift: "De eerste steen is gelegd door P.J.G. van Diggelen 14 juni 1898". Rechts daarvan de ingang in een portiek onder een afgeknot schilddak met leien in Maasdekking en een rechte rand aan de onderzijde in rensdekking. Op de nok van het dak ijzeren vorstkammen. Boven de ingang bevindt zich een bovenlicht in een gepleisterde lijst met fronton. Rechts van de ingang is een muurtje opgetrokken in rode baksteen met gepleisterde elementen, dat de afstand van de dienstwoning tot de rooilijn van het belendende pand overbrugt.
De linker zijgevel (O) is voorzien van drie vensters. De achtergevel is door een aanbouw ingrijpend gewijzigd.

Description
The SERVICE DWELLING is erected on a rectangular floor plan over one storey under a hipped roof with Tuile du Nord tiles, which at the front is cut straight by a shoulder gable. The facades are built in red brick with plastered decorative bands and decorative patterns in red and white facing bricks. In the gable top the roof cornices, obelisk, shoulders and brackets with balls are likewise plastered. The T-windows are closed by round arches with plastered springer and closing stones.
The front facade (N) is articulated by two windows with pilasters built in plaster-faced bases on either side. Between the windows a hardstone plaque is fixed with the inscription: "The foundation stone was laid by P.J.G. van Diggelen 14 June 1898". To the right of it the entrance in a porch under a truncated hipped roof with slates in Dutch bond and a straight edge at the bottom in raking bond. Iron frost cresting on the roof ridge. Above the entrance is a fanlight in a plastered moulding with a pediment. To the right of the entrance a wall is built in red brick with plastered elements, bridging the distance of the service dwelling to the building line of the adjoining property.
The left side facade (O) is provided with three windows. The rear facade is substantially altered by an extension.
