Omschrijving
Deze in 1915 gebouwde SCHUUR naar ontwerp van de gebroeders Fukkink, op rechthoekige plattegrond heeft één bouwlaag onder een met bouletpannen gedekt overstekend zadeldak. De kap rust op vijf betonnen kolommen, waartussen een muur is gemetseld.
De voor- en achtergevel zijn uit hout opgetrokken, bestaande uit verticaal aangebrachte messing en groef planken, waarin een dubbele schuifdeur en in de top een dubbel hooiluik met stolpende deuren zijn gezet (zie ook complexonderdeel 2).
Waardering
De schuur is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bouwtype en vanwege de constructie alsmede van cultuurhistorische en ensemblewaarde in relatie tot de ontwikkelingsgeschiedenis van het gebied Heidestein.

This BARN built in 1915 designed by the brothers Fukkink, on a rectangular plan has one storey under a projecting gabled roof covered with boulet tiles. The roof rests on five concrete columns, between which a wall is built.
The front and rear gables are constructed in wood, consisting of vertically arranged tongue-and-groove boards, in which a double sliding door and at the top a double hay loft with pivoting doors are set (see also complex component 2).
Valuation
The barn is of architectural-historical value as an example of a building type and because of its construction, as well as of cultural-historical and ensemble value in relation to the development history of the Heidestein area.
