Omschrijving
Een in een weiland gelegen SCHAAPSKOOI naar ontwerp van de gebroeders Fukkink, van één bouwlaag op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder met tuiles du Nord gedekt schilddak.
De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen, waarbij op de hoeken een profilering is aangebracht, waarachter betonnen kolommen schuil gaan. De korte gevelzijden zijn sterk afgeschuind en zijn voorzien van een dubbele houten deur. De zijgevels van de kooi zijn blind.
Waardering
De schaapskooi is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bouwtype en vanwege de betonnen constructie alsmede van cultuurhistorische en ensemblewaarde in relatie tot de ontwikkelingsgeschiedenis van het gebied Heidestein.

Description
A SHEEP SHED located in a meadow, designed by the brothers Fukkink, of one storey on a rectangular plan under a hipped roof covered with Flemish tiles.
The gables are constructed in brick, with profiling on the corners, behind which concrete columns are concealed. The short gable sides are sharply bevelled and are provided with a double wooden door. The side gables of the shed are blind.
Valuation
The sheep shed is of architectural-historical value as an example of a building type and because of its concrete construction, as well as of cultural-historical and ensemble value in relation to the development history of the Heidestein area.
