Omschrijving
Een in 1915 gebouwde SCHUUR naar ontwerp van de gebroeders Fukkink, op rechthoekige plattegrond van één bouwlaag onder een met bouletpannen gedekt zadeldak. De kap rust vijf betonnen kolommen, waartussen een muur is gemetseld, terwijl daarvoor een buitenmuur om de betonnen kolommen is gemetseld, die als profilering in de muur zichtbaar zijn gebleven. In de zijgevels zijn vier ijzeren roedenvensters gezet. De in hout opgetrokken voor- en achtergevel bestaan uit verticaal aangebrachte messing-en-groef planken. Hierin is een dubbele schuifdeur gezet, waarboven een hooiluik met stolpende deuren is aangebracht. (zie ook complexonderdeel 3)
Waardering
De schuur is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bouwtype en vanwege de constructie alsmede van cultuurhistorische en ensemblewaarde in relatie tot de ontwikkelingsgeschiedenis van het gebied Heidestein.

Description
A BARN built in 1915 designed by the brothers Fukkink, on a rectangular plan of one storey under a gabled roof covered with boulet tiles. The roof rests on five concrete columns, between which a wall is built, while in front of it an outer wall has been built around the concrete columns, which have remained visible as profiling in the wall. In the side gables four iron rod windows are set. The front and rear gables, constructed in wood, consist of vertically arranged tongue-and-groove boards. A double sliding door is set in these, above which a hay loft with pivoting doors has been installed. (see also complex component 3)
Valuation
The barn is of architectural-historical value as an example of a building type and because of its construction, as well as of cultural-historical and ensemble value in relation to the development history of the Heidestein area.
