Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS behorende bij boerderijcomplex Pollux dateert uit omstreeks 1900, geheel van hout geconstrueerd. Koetshuis staat in binnenste omgrachting op vier betonnen palen en aan de voorkant op muurwerk van rode baksteen. Pand wordt gedekt door zadeldak van golfplaten. In topgevels een rond roosvenster met gietijzeren roeden; topgevel aan voorzijde heeft decoratieve windveer met versierde houten makelaar. In voorzijde twee dubbele opgeklampte deuren die aan bovenkant getoogd zijn.

Koetshuis behorende bij boerderijcomplex Pollux van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:

Description
COACH HOUSE belonging to farmstead complex Pollux dates from circa 1900, constructed entirely of wood. Coach house stands in the inner moat on four concrete posts and on the front on brickwork of red brick. Building is covered by a gabled roof of corrugated sheets. In the gable ends a round vent window with cast-iron glazing bars; gable end on front side has decorative weathervane with ornamented wooden ornament. On front side two double clamped doors which are segmental arch at the top.
