Valuation
Cross-house farmstead of general cultural and architectural historical importance:
- as an example of a cross-house farmstead with an L-shaped front house from the 19th century in the province of Groningen
- because of the austere eclectic design and ornamentation of the front house of the farmstead
- because of the high degree of integrity of the exterior and parts of the interior
- because of the functional and spatial-visual relationship with other components of the complex
