Inleiding
ERFSCHEIDING, gemetseld in 1925 naar het ontwerp van Th. Rueter. De erfscheiding bevindt zich langs de weg, in het verlengde van de oostgevel van het bijgebouw (garage en woning) en in de zuidoosthoek tussen landhuis en bijgebouw.
Omschrijving
De erfscheiding is in rode steen gemetseld. De toegang tot het terrein bevindt zich aan de zuidwestzijde.
Het lage muurtje met ezelsrug en op regelmatige afstand uitgemetselde delen aan de linkerzijde langs de weg sluit aan op een vierkante pilaar. Aan de rechterzijde is een ijzeren spijlenhek op plint gevat tussen twee vierkante pilaren. In gebogen vorm leiden iets hogere muurdelen op uitgemetselde plint en met overkragende ezelsrug naar hoge pilaren waarop een lantaarn is bevestigd. Aan de rechterzijde staat de ijzeren afsluitboom, bevestigd met ijzeren beslag aan een paal.
Aan de zuidoostzijde is een ijzeren hek met twee vleugels met spijlen en krulmotieven gevat tussen hoge pilaren. Aan de linker pilaar is een in natuursteen gehouwen vrouwenborstbeeld op hoge sokkel geplaatst, aan de rechter pilaar een mannenborstbeeld op hoge sokkel, als ware het pilasters. Aan de linker pilaar sluit een muur aan met openingen die boogvormig aansluit aan de oostgevel van het bijgebouw, aan de rechter pilaar sluit een hoge muur aan tussen pilaren op regelmatige afstand. In de zuidoosthoek tussen landhuis en bijgebouw keren de motieven terug.
