Inleiding
DWARSHUISBOERDERIJ, hoofdonderdeel van het complex van dwarshuisboerderij 'Jacht- en Vislust'. Het dwarshuis van de boerderij vormt het oudste gedeelte en dateert in kern uit de 18de eeuw. Omstreeks 1870 en 1915 werd de boerderij ingrijpend gewijzigd, waarbij het zuidelijk deel van het voorhuis (ca. 1870) en het achterliggende stalgedeelte (tot ca. 1915) opnieuw werden opgetrokken. De boerderij ligt centraal binnen het complex.
In de jaren 1970 werd het noordelijk deel (het oudste deel) van het dwarshuis inwendig gerenoveerd en vonden wijzigingen plaats in de vensterindeling.
Omschrijving
De dwarshuisboerderij op L-vormige plattegrond, bestaat uit een dwarsgeplaatst voorhuis met de nok evenwijdig aan de weg en daar haaks op het stalgedeelte. De gebouwen zijn in baksteen (in kruisverband gemetseld) opgetrokken over één bouwlaag onder zadeldaken met gesmoorde oudhollandse pannen. De nok van de stal ligt iets lager dan die van het voorhuis.
De voorgevel (W) met decoratieve gootlijst vertoont een tweedeling, zoals in de bouwnaad en de noklijn te zien is. Het linkerdeel vormt het oudste gedeelte, waarschijnlijk uit de 18de eeuw. Dit bevat een opkamer en bestaat uit twee vensterassen met zesruits-schuifvensters voorzien van luiken en keldervensters. Het metselwerk is hersteld. Het rechtergedeelte is 19de-eeuws en bevat twee schuifvensters voorzien van luiken.
De linkerzijgevel (N) van het smalle dwarshuis is witgepleisterd en bevat in de as een kledervenster een zesruitsvenster en een spits zoldervenster. Oorspronkelijke muurankers zijn naast 19de-eeuwse en lange toegevoegde ankerplaten aanwezig.
Het stalgedeelte heeft de breedte van het 19de-eeuwse voorhuisdeel. Het westelijk deel hiervan behoort tot het woongedeelte en bevat de ingang op het noorden. CROSS-AISLE FARMHOUSE, main component of the complex of cross-aisle farmhouse 'Jacht- en Vislust'. The cross-aisle of the farmhouse forms the oldest part and dates in its core from the 18th century. Around 1870 and 1915 the farmhouse underwent major alterations, whereby the southern part of the front house (circa 1870) and the rear stable section (up to circa 1915) were rebuilt. The farmhouse is situated centrally within the complex.
In the 1970s the northern part (the oldest part) of the cross-aisle was renovated internally and changes were made to the window arrangement.
Description
The cross-aisle farmhouse on an L-shaped plan, consists of a cross-placed front house with the ridge parallel to the road and perpendicular to it the stable section. The buildings are constructed in brickwork (laid in English bond) over one storey under gabled roofs with smoked old Dutch tiles. The ridge of the stable is slightly lower than that of the front house.
The front facade (W) with decorative drip moulding shows a division, as can be seen in the building seam and ridge line. The left part forms the oldest section, probably from the 18th century. This contains an upper chamber and consists of two window bays with six-pane sash windows provided with shutters and cellar windows. The brickwork has been repaired. The right section is 19th-century and contains two sash windows provided with shutters.
The left side facade (N) of the narrow cross-aisle is rendered in white and contains in the axis a clothes window, a six-pane window and a pointed attic window. Original wall anchors are present alongside 19th-century and long added anchor plates.
The stable section has the width of the 19th-century front house part. The western part thereof belongs to the residential section and contains the entrance on the north. The north facade lies directly against the second stable building. The south facade has an altered arrangement (whereby the stable windows were enlarged). The rear facade (E) contains stable doors. The roof edge is finished with wind braces.
Valuation
The farmhouse is of general importance from a cultural and architectural-historical perspective as an example of a cross-aisle farmhouse from the second half of the 19th century with an older 18th-century core.
