Inleiding
Dubbele dienstwoning uit 1933 behorend bij het landgoed Singraven. De dienstwoningen bevinden zich westelijk van de Kasteellaan ten noorden van het huis Singraven tussen de bomen.

Dubbele DIENSTWONING van één bouwlaag, opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak gedekt met rode Hollandse dakpannen. Aan de voorzijde (N) zijn in het dak drie dakkapellen geplaatst. Het dakschild loopt in het midden verder door over een risaliet met twee vensters. In het achterdakschild drie detonerende dakvensters. Aan weerszijden van het risaliet een deur met bovenlicht en een venster. De achtergevel (Z) is geleed door vier kloosterkozijnen, de eindgevels (O en W) door een deur met bovenlicht en een venster en in de geveltop twee vensters. De ramen zijn door een roedenverdeling in zes, negen of twaalf ruiten gedeeld en aan de achterzijde en in de eindgevels behangen met Singraven-luiken (rode zandloper op witte achtergrond; geel-rood-blauw centrum en donkergroene rand).
Waardering
De dubbele DIENSTWONING, deeluitmakend van een watermolenensemble bestaande uit watermolen met keienpad, stuw, voormalig molenaarshuis met jachtkamer en dubbele dienstwoning, is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:
- de sobere historiserende vormgeving, passend in de opzet van het landgoed Singraven
- de ruimtelijke en functionele relatie met de overige onderdelen van het landgoed Singraven.

Double SERVICE DWELLING of one storey, erected in red brick on a rectangular plan under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch roof tiles. On the front side (N) three roof dormers are placed in the roof. The roof panel continues through in the middle over a risalit with two windows. In the rear roof panel three discordant roof windows. On either side of the risalit a door with fanlight and a window. The rear facade (S) is articulated by four monastery windows, the end facades (E and W) by a door with fanlight and a window and in the gable top two windows. The windows are divided by glazing bars into six, nine or twelve panes and on the rear side and in the end facades are hung with Singraven shutters (red hourglass on white background; yellow-red-blue centre and dark green border).
Valuation
The double SERVICE DWELLING, forming part of a water mill ensemble consisting of water mill with stone-paved path, weir, former miller's house with hunting room and double service dwelling, is of general cultural-historical and urban planning importance because of:
