Inleiding
BADHUIS uit 1937 van de architect Andries de Maaker, behorende bij de buitenplaats Singraven. Het badhuis is gelegen achter de westelijke poortwoning. Het is als sauna gebouwd, maar tegenwoordig in gebruik als jachthut.
Omschrijving
Het ronde badhuis is over één bouwlaag opgetrokken in rode baksteen, onder een rietgedekt kegeldak met ronde schoorsteen. In het muurvlak zijn vier kleine getoogde negenruits vensters en een getoogde houten deur (W) geplaatst.
Waardering
Het badhuis is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:
