Een zich aan de linkerzijde van de oprijlaan bevindend SPEELHUISJE op rechthoekige plattegrond van één bouwlaag onder een met verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek. Op de nok is een dakruiter gezet.
De gevels van het huisje zijn wit bepleisterd. De top van de korte gevelzijden zijn afgedekt met een betimmering van mesing en groef wit geschilderde delen, waarvan de onderzijde getand is.
De voorgevel heeft links een deur en rechts een klein tweelichtsvenster met bovenlicht.
De achtergevel is blind. De rechter zijgevel heeft twee vensters met rondboogvormig bovenlicht. Het interieur heeft geen beschermenswaardige elementen.
Waardering
Het speelhuisje is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bijzonder bouwtype, alsmede van ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van de buitenplaats Beukenrode.

Description of complex component 3
A PLAYHOUSE situated on the left side of the approach drive on a rectangular plan of one storey under a gabled roof covered with improved Dutch tiles with overhang. A roof dormer is set on the ridge.
The facades of the little house are white rendered. The top of the short gable sides are covered with a timber cladding of brass with groove white-painted parts, of which the underside is toothed.
The front facade has a door on the left and a small two-light window with fanlight on the right.
The rear facade is blank. The right side facade has two windows with round-arched fanlight. The interior has no elements worthy of protection.
Valuation
The playhouse is of architectural-historical value as an example of a particular building type, as well as of ensemble value as part of the country estate Beukenrode.
