The small SMALLHOLDING FARM with attached day-labourer's dwelling was built in regional building style. It dates from the first half of the 19th century. The building stands in the midst of the intact structure of the rural-agricultural area and functions as a holiday residence.

The single-storey, detached building on a rectangular ground plan has a thatched hipped roof with a roof ridge. The foot of the roof of the rear facade consists of black old Dutch roof tiles. The building is constructed in hand-moulded brick; the plinth is painted black, the remaining masonry white. Between the wall and the junction at the roof, wooden boards have been used. The chimney has been renewed in machine-made brick. The short eastern side facade faces the street; it contains a four-paned window with a shutter. In the long side facade (south) there are three four-paned windows with shutters and three doors; at the far right the main entrance with a renewed panelled door, in the middle and on the left an original door. Doors and shutters are dark green, the frames red and the window frame is painted white. The building is so low that there is virtually no space between the wall openings and the roof. The long facade (north) is set very low; where the stable section was located, there is a small stable window; in the roof plane there is a small roof window. In the short side facade (west), garden doors have been installed in the place of the original stable doors. Internally, the building has been made suitable for habitation. Against the inside surfaces of the facades, durox blocks have been laid. The floor is partly concrete, partly tiles. The original layout has been altered, but can still be recognised. Two-sided masonry hearth. On the plot a brick well.
