Inleiding
Herenhuis, volgens gedenkplateau in 1893 gebouwd in eclectische stijl. Tweezijdig aangebouwd pand, momenteel deels als kantoor, deels als woning in gebruik.
Omschrijving
Herenhuis van twee lagen en een kapverdieping hoog en vijf traveeën breed. De voorgevel uitgevoerd als lijstgevel, onderbroken door een centraal geplaatste vlaamse topgevel en opgetrokken uit roodbruine machinale baksteen in kruisverband. Het geheel vertoont een mengeling van neo-gotische en neo-renaissance kenmerken. Geveldecoraties in de vorm van een gepleisterde plint, gevelbanden en boogblokjes; het tweedelige hoofdgestel voorzien van paarsgewijs aangebrachte, gedecoreerde consoles en metselwerk fries. In totaal zes ramen zijn pertwee gekoppeld in een verdiept gevelveld met een console-achtige decoratie tegen de tussenliggende muurdam. Sierlijke gevelankers. In de boogtrommel van het centrale verdiepingskozijn een tableau met jaartal.
Gerenoveerde, als H- respectievelijk T-type uitgevoerde raamkozijnen op de begane grond en de verdieping.
Twee rijk uitgevoerde entrees voor respectievelijk de begane grondlaag en de verdiepingen, elk voorzien van rijk gesneden deuren en een geprofileerd natuurstenen kalf waarboven een rondboogvormig bovenlicht met traceringen. Rondboogvormig raamkozijn in de vlaamse gevel. Recent zijn in de middentravee twee kleine balkons boven elkaar aangebracht welke het gevelbeeld nauwelijks verstoren. De achtergevel is een zeer sobere, gepleisterde gevel.
Schilddak gedekt met gesmoorde tuile du nord en voorzien van vierkante, met zink beklede makelaar boven het voorschild.
Het interieur bevat geen monumentale waarden.

Herenhuis van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde van het exterieur en vanwege ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van het complex.

Mansion of two storeys and a roof storey high and five bays wide. The front facade executed as a cornice-topped facade, interrupted by a centrally placed Flemish gable and built of reddish-brown mechanical brick in English bond. The whole exhibits a mixture of neo-Gothic and neo-Renaissance characteristics. Facade decorations in the form of a plastered plinth, facade bands and arch blocks; the two-part main cornice furnished with paired, decorated consoles and masonry frieze. In total six windows are coupled in pairs in a recessed facade field with a console-like decoration against the intervening wall section. Ornamental wall anchors. In the arch drum of the central upper-storey window frame a tableau with date.
Renovated window frames executed as H- and T-type respectively on the ground floor and the upper storey.
Two richly executed entrances for respectively the ground floor level and the upper storeys, each provided with richly carved doors and a profiled natural stone sill above which a round-arch fanlight with tracery. Round-arch window frame in the Flemish gable. Recently two small balconies have been placed above each other in the central bay which scarcely disturb the facade image. The rear facade is a very sober, plastered facade.
Hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles in the covered manner and provided with a square, zinc-clad master above the front slope.
