BOERDERIJ 'BOOMRIJK' MET ZOMERHUIS EN TOEGANGSHEK. Aan het zandpad staat een witgepleisterde boerderij van het langhuistype, oorspronkelijk gebouwd als buitenhuis in 1833. Verbouwing voorhuis en aanbouw stal in 1917. Het gebouw staat op een donkere plint onder een met riet gedekt zadeldak met overstek aan de voorzijde versierd met een houten makelaar. De hoeken van de voorgevel zijn afgewerkt met geblokte pilasters. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel van het voorhuis heeft vier meerruits schuifvensters met luiken op de begane grond (onder een cordonband) en twee meerruits schuifvensters op de verdieping geflankeerd door halve rondboogvensters met luik (scharnieren aan de onderdorpel). In de top een rond venster. In de zijgevel van het voorhuis de toegangsdeur met tweeruits bovenlicht en links daarvan twee meerruits schuifvensters met luiken. Langwerpig kelderlicht met luiken. Description
FARMHOUSE 'BOOMRIJK' WITH SUMMER HOUSE AND ACCESS GATE. At the Zandpad stands a whitewashed farmhouse of the long-house type, originally built as a country house in 1833. Alteration of front house and addition of stable in 1917. The building stands on a dark plinth under a gabled roof thatched with reed with eaves to the front decorated with a wooden maker's mark. The corners of the front facade are finished with rusticated pilasters. The symmetrically arranged front facade of the front house has four multi-pane sash windows with shutters on the ground floor (under a band course) and two multi-pane sash windows on the first floor flanked by half-round arch windows with shutter (hinges on the undersill). At the top a round window. In the side gable of the front house the access door with two-pane fanlight and to the left of it two multi-pane sash windows with shutters.
