Omschrijving
WONING 'KLEIN BOOMRIJK'. Dubbele arbeiderswoning van anderhalve bouwlaag gebouwd tussen 1890-1910. Witgepleisterde woning op rechthoekige grondslag staande op een bakstenen plint onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met een gemetselde schoorsteen op de nok. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel aan het Zandpad heeft vier meerruitsvensters met luiken op de begane grond en centraal een puntgevel onder een (haaks geplaatst) zadeldak. De puntgevel met een hout gesneden makelaar heeft twee vensters. In de zes-assige achtergevel meerruitsvensters en uiterst links en rechts een toegangsdeur met drie-ruits bovenlicht. Om de deur is een uitgebouwd houten portaal.

Description
DWELLING 'KLEIN BOOMRIJK'. Double labourers' dwelling of one-and-a-half storeys built between 1890-1910. Whitewashed dwelling on a rectangular ground plan standing on a brick plinth under a gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles with a brick chimney on the ridge. The symmetrically arranged front facade on the Zandpad has four multi-pane windows with shutters on the ground floor and centrally a pointed gable under a (perpendicularly placed) gabled roof. The pointed gable with a hand-carved maker's mark has two windows. In the six-bay rear facade multi-pane windows and at the far left and far right an access door with a three-pane fanlight. Around the door is a protruding wooden portico.
