BUITENHUIS 'KLEIN BOOMRIJK'. Oorspronkelijk een aparte buitenplaats, die in 1849 bij het bezit van Gunterstein is gevoegd. Witgepleisterd zeventiende-eeuws voorhuis op rechthoekige grondslag staande op een donkere plint onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De tuitgevels aan de beide kopzijden hebben schouderstukken. Tegen de achterzijde (zuid) een rechthoekige bakstenen aanbouw onder en met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak uit de laatste kwart van de achttiende eeuw. Centraal in de vijf traveeën brede voorgevel drie meerruits tuindeuren met bovenlicht onder een kroonlijst. Links daarvan een meerruits opkamervenster. Rechts daarvan een gewijzigd twintig-ruits opkamervenster. In het midden van het dakschild een dakkapel met klauwstukken (wangen) bekroond door een driehoekig fronton. In de aanbouw aan de achterzijde meerruitsvensters, dubbele draaivensters en twee toegangsdeuren onder een houten portaal.

Description
COUNTRY HOUSE 'KLEIN BOOMRIJK'. Originally a separate country estate, which was added to the property of Gunterstein in 1849. Whitewashed seventeenth-century front house on a rectangular ground plan standing on a dark plinth under a gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles. The spout gables on both gable ends have shoulder pieces. Against the rear (south) a rectangular brick extension under and covered with Old Dutch tiles with a flattened gabled roof from the last quarter of the eighteenth century. Centrally in the five-bay wide front facade three multi-pane garden doors with fanlight under a cornice. To the left of these a multi-pane upper window. To the right a modified twenty-pane upper window. In the centre of the roof pitch a roof dormer with claws (cheeks) crowned by a triangular pediment. In the extension on the rear multi-pane windows, double casement windows and two access doors under a wooden portico.
