Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS.
Ten noordoosten van het Huis Calorama het koetshuis gebouwd op L-vormige grondslag (vierkant voorhuis - rechthoekig achterhuis) onder een met Oudhollandse pannen gedekt mansardedak.
Het pand is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen met decoraties van beige baksteen en een grijze plint. Onder de daklijst loopt een met rode- en beige baksteen gedecoreerd fries. In de voorgevel een gedenksteen met de inscriptie 'de eerste steenen gelegd 18 mei 1878'.
Centraal in de halsgevel aan de voor(straat)zijde ligt de monumentale dubbele inrijddeur met paneelvakken. Het driehoekige bovenlicht heeft een versiering van snijwerk. Aan weerszijden van deze deur een venster, waarvan het onderste gedeelte blind is uitgevoerd. De vensters hebben een geverfde bakstenen onderdorpel met tandlijst. De daklijst boven de vensters wordt in het midden onderbroken door een paardenkop. In de halsgevel een T-venster met Louvre-luiken onder een smal overstek met windveren.
De zijgevel aan de zuidkant heeft dezelfde indeling als de voorgevel; een inrijdeur, twee geheel blind uitgevoerde vensters en een dakkapel met T-venster en persiennes. Links daarvan is een klein daklicht van latere datum.

Description
COACH HOUSE.
Northeast of Huis Calorama the coach house built on an L-shaped ground plan (square front house - rectangular rear house) under a mansard roof covered with Old Dutch tiles.
The building is constructed of red brick with decorations of beige brick and a grey plinth. Under the eaves runs a frieze decorated with red and beige brick. In the front facade a memorial stone with the inscription 'first stones laid 18 May 1878'.
Centrally in the neck gable on the front (street) side lies the monumental double carriage entrance door with panel compartments. The triangular fanlight has a decoration of cut-work. On either side of this door a window, of which the lower part is executed blind. The windows have a painted brick underdorpel with dentil moulding. The eaves cornice above the windows is interrupted in the middle by a horse head. In the neck gable a T-window with Louvre shutters under a narrow overhang with wind braces.
The side gable on the south side has the same layout as the front facade; a carriage entrance door, two entirely blind executed windows and a roof dormer with T-window and louvres. To the left of this is a small skylight of later date.
