TUINBANK. In het overpark staat een blokvormige bakstenen tuinbank (de zogenaamde Van de Vet-bank). In het midden een langwerpig uitgespaarde zitplaats. Gebouwd in de stijl van de Amsterdamse School, in 1926, toen Vreugd en Rust door de gemeente als openbaar park werd bekend.
