Omschrijving onderdeel 5 (Diependaalsedijk 31 en 31A): KOETSHUIS.
Op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken achttiende-eeuws bakstenen koetshuis staande op een hardstenen plint onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak, die aan een zijde doorloopt in een lessenaarsdak. Het koetshuis is thans in twee woningen ingericht. De langgerekte voorgevel wordt geleed door pilasters. Aan de rechterzijde drie dubbele inrijdeuren met halfrond bovenlicht. Links daarvan twee woningen bestaande uit een deur met tweeruits bovenlicht geflankeerd door een zesruits schuifvenster. In het dakschild op regelmatige afstand van elkaar vijf dakkapellen. In de achtergevel een regelmatige indeling met meerruits vensters, deels met luiken. In het achterdakschild werden in 1998 3 aan de voorzijde identieke dakkapellen gebouwd.

Description of component 5 (Diependaalsedijk 31 and 31A): COACH HOUSE.
An eighteenth-century brick coach house erected on an L-shaped ground plan standing on a hard stone plinth beneath a hipped roof covered with Old Dutch tiles, which continues as a lean-to roof on one side. The coach house is now divided into two dwellings. The elongated front facade is articulated by pilasters. On the right side three double carriage doors with semi-circular fanlight. To the left of these two dwellings consisting of a door with two-light fanlight flanked by a six-light sash window. In the hipped roof at regular intervals five roof dormers. In the rear facade a regular arrangement with multiple-light windows, some with shutters. In the rear hipped roof, in 1998 three roof dormers identical to the front were built.
