Omschrijving onderdeel 1 (Diependaalsedijk 33): HOOFDGEBOUW (Vechtoever).
Blokvormig bakstenen hoofdgebouw met lijstgevels en hoeklisenen in Hollands-classicistische stijl uit ca.1730. Op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bestaande uit een souterrain en twee bouwlagen onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt afgeplat schilddak, waarop vier gemetselde schoorstenen. Tegen de zijgevels een vijfzijdige aanbouw (erker) uit 1884 bestaande uit een souterrain en één bouwlaag onder een plat dak. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel is drie traveeën breed met centraal de licht risalerende ingangspartij gevormd door een omlijste dubbele toegangsdeur met snij(boven)licht in Lodewijk XV-stijl. Hardstenen trap met negentiende-eeuwse leuning aan weerszijden. Boven de deur op de verdieping een meerruits schuifvenster. In het dakschild een dakkapel bekroond door een halfrond fronton. Aan weerskanten van de ingangspartij een vensteras opgebouwd uit een souterrainvenster met roedenverdeling, twee meerruits schuifvensters en een dakkapel bekroond door een halfrond fronton. De zijgevels kennen een regelmatige, deels blind uitgevoerde indeling met meerruits vensters en dakkapellen. De achtergevel heeft centraal een drie-zijdige uitbouw over de gehele hoogte geflankeerd door een vensteras. In het midden een verdiepte ingang naar het souterrain. Restauratie 1988. In het INTERIEUR is de vrij gaaf bewaard gebleven achttiende-eeuwse plattegrond van belang en de aankleding met achttiende-eeuwse stucplafonds in Lodewijk XV- en XVI-stijl.
Waardering
HOOFDGEBOUW (Vechtoever) is van algemeen belang:

Description component 1 (Diependaalsedijk 33): MAIN BUILDING (Vechtoever).
Block-shaped brick main building with cornice-topped facades and corner pilasters in Dutch Classical style from c.1730. Erected on a rectangular ground plan consisting of a basement and two storeys under a hipped roof covered with Old Dutch tiles, on which four brick chimneys. Against the side facades a pentagonal extension (bay window) from 1884 consisting of a basement and one storey under a flat roof. The symmetrically arranged front facade is three bays wide with centrally the slightly projecting entrance section formed by a framed double entrance door with sash window (with fanlight) in Louis XV style. Stone staircase with nineteenth-century handrails on either side. Above the door on the upper floor a multi-pane sash window. In the roof panel a roof dormer crowned by a semicircular pediment. On either side of the entrance section a row of windows made up of a basement window with glazing bars, two multi-pane sash windows and a roof dormer crowned by a semicircular pediment. The side facades have a regular, partly blind arrangement with multi-pane windows and roof dormers. The rear facade has centrally a three-sided projection over the full height flanked by a row of windows. In the middle a recessed entrance to the basement. Restoration 1988. In the INTERIOR the fairly well-preserved eighteenth-century room layout is important and the decoration with eighteenth-century stucco ceilings in Louis XV and XVI style.
